WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?
Noso offers free shipping on all orders that are shipped within the continental U.S. We also love to ship to our international friends! For our international customers, we have two shipping options. Priority Shipping ranging from $10 – $15, but will arrive sooner! First Class is less expensive ranging from $5 – $10, but will take a little longer for you to receive your Noso Patches. Customers are responsible for additional taxes and duties upon entry to their country, and unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for our international customers.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped within one to five business days of being submitted. Please take into account weekends and holidays when considering the shipping date.
Our team in Wyoming carefully hand packages each order. If you need your order faster, please email us at email@example.com, and we will make every effort to deliver to you sooner!
If your order includes items that are on backorder or were pre-ordered, we will not ship the order until all items are ready to be delivered. If you would like to request a partial shipment of the items that are immediately available, please let our team know at the time of the order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
Noso happily accepts returns for unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return.
Gift cards, special sale promotions and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders may be exchanged, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable.
Please mark on your exchange order form with the new requested packet/color option. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive your returned product!
To process a return, email us as firstname.lastname@example.org. When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know that your return has been processed.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE REFUNDED?
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven to ten business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction takes place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Yes. Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
IS ONLINE SHOPPING SAFE?
Yes. The Noso web servers utilize industry-standard 128-bit SSL certificates. 128-bit SSL security is currently the strongest browser-supported encryption available, and is the standard within the banking, finance and online e-commerce industries.
HOW TO APPLY:
Prep: Clean Damage area with alcohol, and remove loose threads.
Apply: Crack and peel paper release liner. Center patch over damages area and apply pressure from center out to edges.
Permanent Application: Tumble dry low for 15 minutes then press with moderate pressure in circular motion for 30 seconds.
