Sometimes you might order something, and our website doesn’t update the inventory fast enough.  When this happens we’ll see it on our end about an hour later. This typically happens on the weekend.  We’ll get like 5-6 orders in the same two hour period and we only have 5 units left in a particular SKU.  That 6th person, yea… we feel ya. You had your heart set on the Sasquatch and boom, Monday… we send you an email with the some sad news and offer you a substitution list for you to choose a replacement patch or we can process a refund. It’s your choice, again we want you to be happy and stoked because guess what? We’re patching the planet together and that should make you feel good.
