NoSo happily accepts returns for unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return.

Gift cards, special sale promotions and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders may be returned, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable.  We don’t accept exchanges, but please reach out to us to request a refund and return instructions at info@nosopatches.com

To process a return, email us at info@nosopatches.com. When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email confirmation to let you know that your return has been processed.

We are confident that you will love your NoSo Patches! Please email us and share your thoughts, pictures of your adventures, pictures of your patches in use and any other comments you’d like us to read.  We don’t use an automated email service, we are real people and we read each and every one of your emails with our glasses on. We love to hear from you and we love love letters too, you can send those to P.O. Box 63, Jackson WY, 83001.  Address it to “Team NoSo” and we’ll read aloud at our company meetings on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 am.
