The Role

What You’ll Do:


Lead North American sales team, including selecting, interviewing, and managing industry – leading independent sales representatives as well as distributors worldwide. Foster and environment where reps and distributors feel empowered and want to hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory. Lead product launches into adjacent markets and product categories in collaboration with company management. Lead and plan monthly digital and in person meetings with sales force.


Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. Execute and deliver sustainable growth.


Work with management to monitor, create and analyze sales budgets, forecasts, and goals. Prepare plans for product launches and sales, conduct demand research, and help to grow new markets and develop prospects. Spend time with reps at regional and national trade shows to lend corporate support with key dealers and custom accounts. Remove obstacles to drive continued growth and identify and resolve communication gaps and fulfillment inquires. Collaborate with design and marketing team to help celebrate product success stories within our customer base. Assign sales and marketing tasks to staff as needed.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional communication skills across all channels (phone, in-person, email, Slack); and the ability to build trust and instant rapport with leaders and staff. Genuine enthusiasm and dedication for diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives and programs. Experience with sales terminology when communicating with customers, reps, distributors, and staff. Experience working with all types of people and personalities. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Technical Skills:

Strong experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with digital platforms, such as Dropbox, Zoom, Google Drive, Gmail, WooCommerce, QuickBooks etc. Time management, problem-solving, decision-making leader. Demonstrated ability to mentor others on the team as to best practices. Proven track record of success in various business environments. Strong ability to collaborate within a team environment, including supporting the tasks of the company and other managers.
