Summary:

NoSo Patches seeks a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team!

  • Fulfillment logistics, receiving and storing inventory.
  • Assemble, process, pick, & pack e-comm, wholesale & custom orders.
  • Ensure shipping schedules are met, assemble, inspect, and check product for damages.

What You’ll Do:

  • Order fulfillment – process, pick and pack ecomm, wholesale and custom orders
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Inventory audits
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory
  • Keep warehouse organized and clean
  • Fill out work order assembly forms
  • Print UPC and other necessary labels
  • Create bins, discontinue bins
  • Complete EDI process per customer specification
  • Report to team ATS report, and other inventory information
  • Drop off orders to USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex and other errands
  • Coordinate assembly team
  • Coordinate fabric shipments & purchase raw materials/ office supplies
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Help with assembly

What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years of warehouse or order picking experience
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends
  • Drivers license
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
  • Ability to safely use ladders
  • High attention to detail, able to read a packing list and accurately fill orders
  • Works well independently and on a team
  • Communication via slack, asana, zoom, phone
  • Experience working with Quickbooks, excel, dropbox, word

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $21-$30/hourly non-exempt
