Role: Sales & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Jackson, WY – Remote considered
Experience: 3+ years

Salary Range: $44,300 – $65,200; including health stipend, paid time off, and access to industry deals on gear (you’ll need to patch).

*Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate’s capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity.

Hours: 40 hours/week, *attend 2x weekly all company zoom calls + weekly 1:1s


NoSo Patches seeks a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator.  Position overview:

  • Data entry custom & wholesale orders.
  • Respond to customers and partners.
  • Coordinate all order details to design, production, and fulfillment teams.

The Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Communicate effectively with end consumers, dealers, sales reps and other Noso staff.
  • Manage orders ensuring correct product, pricing, billing terms, and freight logistics, coordinate returns and credits
  • Return inbound calls, emails, and tickets with in 24 hours
  • Coordinate dealer/customer needs with all appropriate parties
  • Make outbound sales calls to support outside sales reps during key seasons
  • Create and distribute sales reports such as preseason summaries and backorder reports
  • Maintain accurate and up to date dealer accounts
  • Assist in onboarding new accounts with access to Noso resources
  • Provide feedback and summaries of your territory to management
  • Provide support to others in the office when your workload is light
  • Data entry of wholesale and custom orders.  EDI experience a must.
  • E-mail custom and wholesale look books, mockups and electronic order forms to potential customers.
  • Work directly with production team to manage all order details via Slack – e-commerce, wholesale and private label.
  • Track and communicate pre-order and asap customer orders.
  • Coordinate with reps regarding all orders including wholesale (inline) and custom.
  • Attend bi-weekly team meetings.
  • Upload .ai .eps files to project management system; send product imagery assets to designers, distributors, reps, wholesale and custom/private label accounts as needed.
  • E-mail purchase orders and invoices to reps and customers.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment team to resolve order exceptions, subs, mis-picks, mis-ships, invalid email addresses that won’t validate, invoice discrepancy all all the little details that pop up.
  • Assign PO number and SKUs to all orders.  Set up all files on dropbox, slack, asana as needed.
  • Research and identify potential clients, put together sales presentations, and serve as a point of contact for both future and existing clients.
  • Attend tradeshows and consumer shows, coordinate booth logistics.
  • Update look books with SKU information as well as other imagery as needed.  Collaborate with team to finalize.
  • Share customer feedback regarding patch trends, colors, etc.
  • Provide sales reporting to various stakeholders as needed.
  • Follow up on leads, make team Noso look amazing on the front end of everything we do.
  • Ability to think outside the box & respond to problems with positive mind set.
  • Respond to various entrepreneurial items that may pop up with a can do attitude.

Technical skills:

  • Advanced skills in maintaining Excel sheets.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft office products and ability to use basic features of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Analysis of information from a variety of sources to enable quick and accurate decision making.
  • Data entry, management, and reporting.
  • Experience working with Quickbooks & ERP/MRP systems, Slack, Asana, Dropbox.

Communication skills:

  • Experienced with supply chain terminology and communicating with vendors, shippers, producers, fulfillment and other 3rdparty service providers.
  • Customer service skills, offering solutions, providing feedback, and making our customers feel good.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently with intrinsic drive.
  • Experience negotiating contracts.

  • Accurate record keeping, detail oriented & organized.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and handle a variety of tasks and varying priorities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to take notes, and follow up with all the leads according to sales calendar.
