Noso is excited to hire a Warehouse Associate to work at our headquarters in Jackson, Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using Shipstation software, print labels, pick the orders from stock, pack orders in boxes and coordinate FedEx for shipping, and make sure all e-commerce, wholesale and custom orders goes out on time.
  • Print packing slips via Quickbooks & print ship labels via UPS, ShipStation, and Fed Ex.
  • Maintain organization of the warehouse for safe and efficient operation.
  • Organize packing priority based on our incoming production schedule and ship incoming orders within 5 days of receipt.
  • Buying products/supplies. Place orders for purchased goods through online suppliers, follow up with suppliers, receive the goods, print UPCs and barcodes and apply to incoming products. This includes all packing materials and packaging.
  • Inventory management of all patch products, boxes and supplies in the warehouse. Willingness to stay late quarterly to count inventory.
  • Administrative Duties: Courier packages to post office, run errands around Jackson area, assist with customer service issues and remedies, assist in marketing photo shots, ordering and kitting of literature including in shipments.
  • Attend bi-weekly production meeting and actively participate with confidence and authority.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries as needed.

  • Extremely detailed oriented. Mispicks rarely happen here.
  • Capable of handling many types of tasks within the work day.
  • OK with taking direction, yet thrives working independently.
  • Working indoors.
  • Must have own vehicle, will provide mileage reimbursement for local travel with use of own vehicle for errands.
