Fulfillment Coordinator

ABOUT US

NoSo® Patches is an omni-channel circular fashion brand that designs, develops, and sells patented fabric patches that make repair rad and sustainability stylish.

Founded and headquartered in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, we believe creativity can drive climate action - one patch at a time. Our products extend the life of gear and apparel, keeping textiles in use and out of landfills. From global collaborations with brands like Patagonia and Free People to DIY patch kits that spark self-expression, we’re redefining what it means to wear your story.

We’re a small but mighty team of changemakers who believe in doing good work - with good people - for a better planet. If you’re detail-oriented, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and love the satisfaction of seeing tangible results every day, we want you on the team.

  • Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they head to customers.
  • Organization & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, efficient, and photo-ready.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and assist with EDI/compliance shipping as needed.
  • Errands & Deliveries: Bank deposits, mail pick ups, and handle local drop-offs and supply runs as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate daily with teammates and contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
