We believe that your gear and garments hold meaning, and that adventure is an important part of human connection.

We are committed to ethical manufacturing guidelines and sustainable practices, and we love discovering new ways to improve upon both.

We are committed to diversity and inclusivity: in our hiring practices, our product sourcing, our visual content, and our core values.

Sustainability

At NoSo, sustainability is in our DNA. Our patches are sustainable by design and makes a continuous and positive impact on the global textile waste epidemic.

We strive toward sourcing and developing responsibility derived textiles for product development and sustainably sourced materials for packaging.

In 2025 we introduced new customer curbside recyclable mailers made from 100% recycled paper and printed with Algae Ink™ (check out the article here).

Diversity

As a Woman founded company, our goal is to the honor the lived experiences of our staff, customers, artists, friends, vendors, and community.

We aim to source from suppliers that are committed to diversity and dedicated to social justice.

We welcome hearing from you if there are ways for us to broaden representation.

At NoSo, we know the outdoors are for all. We invented our patches to protect your investment in your clothes and gear. We want playing in the outdoors to be accessible no matter your age, race, gender or income. We strive to offer a fair price on our patches that enable you to be eco-friendly and practice a sustainable lifestyle.

We regularly work toward responsible stewardship. From helping brands convert waste fabrics into usable patches, to creating opportunities for companies to promote repair over buying new, we prioritize meaningful partnerships that amplify our message.
