Summary:
NoSo Patches seeks a Print Production Designer to:
- Create graphics files for print production
- Create marketing and sales assets
- Design aesthetically appealing graphics for a variety of stakeholders
The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Elevate customer experience through design.
- Design from a place of circularity, sustainability is on your mind at all times.
- Layout print production assets to spec sheet as needed for all patch jobs.
- Attend 2 x weekly team meetings, Mondays & Thursdays 2PM Mountain.
- Design client pitch decks, mockups, proposals, and visual partnership material. Ensure collaborative branding synergy is met.
- Self-direct the creative process from concept to final, maintain high standards.
- Contribute to the overall creative spark of the team. Have fun. Stay on top of creative trends and share ideas to foster our co-evolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to design materials to educate consumers about textile waste, over consumption, and the creative DIY aspect of repair.
- Conform to NoSo’s visual style in the design of all creative assets.
- Create assets for website, re-size product photography, anticipate seasonal graphic updates and collaborative product launch needs.
- Design graphics for campaigns, used in press releases, social media, and with our partnerships.
- Design newsletters for all segments. Break out design message to each audience.
- Work closely within cross-functional teams to achieve NoSo’s goals.
- Work within partner brand guidelines, adhere to licensing and royalty agreements.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on additional tasks as they arise, contributing to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment.
Required Experience:
- BA or BFA in Art, Design, Photography, Media, or a BA in Related Field with Combined Work Experience
- 3+ years experience in the design industry or a very related field
- Experience working remote and on fast paced agile team.
- Experience and knowledge in variety of industry including Outdoor, Field & Stream, Military, Craft, and Private Label.
- A strong breadth of work, showing polished examples of real-world projects
- Serious excitement for the world of design, art and illustration
- Mastery of core Adobe Creative Suite of products and an interest in learning new tools as needed
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to clearly communicate abstract creative concepts
- Leadership DNA and the desire and experience to help mentor team members in their creative growth
- A healthy confidence combined with the ability to check your ego at the door
- A strategic thinker who can be comfortable with ambiguity
- Stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills.
