Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time Contractor)
Location: Jackson, Wyoming; Remote Considered

Summary:
NoSo Patches seeks a Marketing Coordinator to:
- Execute marketing campaigns across channels
- Coordinate content and assets
- Schedule product launches and promotions
- Track performance and provide reporting

The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and partner channels
- Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
- Coordinate content assets with internal teams, designers, and external partners
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Schedule launches, promotions, and announcements
- Organize and publish content across platforms
- Prepare launch checklists and approvals
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports
- Track key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and growth
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels
- Attend 2× weekly team meetings, Mondays & Thursdays at 2 PM Mountain
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support company goals
- Operate within NoSo’s internal systems using Asana, Slack, and Dropbox
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for taking on additional tasks as they arise in a dynamic environment
Required Experience:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or e-commerce preferred
- Mastery of Klaviyo & Shopify (required) including campaign builds, segmentation, flows, deliverability basics, and performance analysis
- Working knowledge of Shopify marketing tools and integrations
- Working knowledge of collaborative tech stack tools including Asana, Slack, and Dropbox
- Experience working on a fast-paced team
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; self-starter with high intrinsic motivation
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working within structured workflows and project management systems
- Familiarity with Meta and Google advertising platforms and performance dashboards
