If you were Mother Earth, how much would you say yes to? How much would you say no to?

We all have a personal ecology. We must be mindful of the ways we treat ourselves and one another.

It has been an honor to serve over the years to midwife initiatives such as the Title 9 Pitchfest, attend retreats and speaking events, provide mentorship for female entrepreneurs, spread eco-awareness with magazine interviews, photo shoots, podcasts, and to show up for projects where others have requested my time.

Mother Earth, her people and animals have been my passion. NoSo’s mission inspires, but our coevolution is what wakes me up in the morning. You, too, can make a difference.

I am incredibly selective about where I give my time to make the most impact and serve the highest good. I’m sure you can understand my life is full and overflowing with joyful commitments. While I am blessed to do what I love, I get more requests than I can say yes to. Due to the large volume of media and other requests, I am unable to reply to every inquiry.
