ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping costs vary depending on destination. Free shipping on all orders over $25 within the continental U.S. For our domestic patchers, shipping costs are $5 flat rate for orders up to $15 or $8 flat rate for orders from $16 – $25.  We are not Amazon, however that said we sometimes re-use Amazon’s boxes to ship product because we’re eco like that.  We appreciate your patience, as a small company we’re doing the best we can each day of the week.

We also love to ship to our international patchers! For our international customers, shipping costs are $10 or more depending on destination. Customers are responsible for additional taxes and duties upon entry to their country, and unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for our international customers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped within one to five business days of being submitted. Please take into account weekends and holidays when considering the shipping date. We don’t have a crystal ball, so anytime you reach to us we don’t know when the USPS deliveries will actually arrive, your guess is as good as ours.  It can take 3 days, and sometimes it can even take 30 days.  We have no idea why there is a huge discrepancy, but if the patches don’t make it to you, we’ve got your back.  Don’t worry, we will re-ship on the house because we know, how rad Noso Patches are… and we want you to be happy and stoked about your experience shopping in the digital age.

Our pick and pack team in Wyoming carefully hand packages each order. They’re names are Megan, PJ, Blake, Matt, Cat, Josh, and Katie.  They get paid a living wage and they pack your orders with love and care.  For domestic orders, if you order 1-5 patch packets we ship USPS First Class without tracking and if you order 6 or more patch packets we ship USPS First Class with tracking.  If you need your order faster, please email us at [email protected], and we will make every effort to deliver to you sooner!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

Noso happily accepts returns for unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All hangtags must be attached to the merchandise and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at the time of the return.

Gift cards, special sale promotions and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders may be returned, but additional shipping charges apply. International shipping and duty costs are non-refundable.  We don’t accept exchanges, but please reach out to us to request a refund and return instructions at [email protected]

To process a return, email us as [email protected] When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email confirmation to let you know that your return has been processed.

We are confident that you will love your Noso Patches! Please email us and share your thoughts, pictures of your adventures, pictures of your patches in use and any other comments you’d like us to read.  We don’t use an automated email service, we are real people and we read each and every one of your emails with our glasses on.   We love to hear from you and we love love letters too, you can send those to P.O. Box 63, Jackson WY, 83001.  Address it to “Team Noso” and we’ll read aloud at our company meetings on Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 am.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE REFUNDED?

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven to ten business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction takes place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.

ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED?

Yes. Gift cards and sale items are final sale.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?

Sometimes you might order something, and our website doesn’t update the inventory fast enough.  When this happens we’ll see it on our end about an hour later.  This typically happens on the weekend.  We’ll get like 5-6 orders in the same two hour period and we only have 5 units left in a particular SKU.  That 6th person, yea… we feel ya.  You had your heart set on the Sasquatch and boom, Monday… we send you an email with the some sad news and offer you a substitution list for you to choose a replacement patch or we can process a refund.  It’s your choice, again we want you to be happy and stoked because guess what?  We’re patching the planet together and that should make you feel good.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell, rent, trade or give away your private information to any third party for any reason whatsoever. Any information you share with us will be used for the sole purpose of conducting business with Noso. To learn more, please see our privacy policy.

IS ONLINE SHOPPING SAFE?

Yes. The Noso web servers utilize industry-standard 128-bit SSL certificates. 128-bit SSL security is currently the strongest browser-supported encryption available, and is the standard within the banking, finance and online e-commerce industries.

PRODUCT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
HOW TO APPLY:

  • Prep: Clean Damage area with alcohol, and remove loose threads.
  • Apply: Crack and peel paper release liner. Center patch over damages area and apply pressure from center out to edges.
  • Permanent Application: Tumble dry low for 15 minutes then press with moderate pressure in circular motion for 30 seconds.

CAN I WASH NOSO PATCHES?
Yes! Be sure to heat-activate the adhesive first with a tumble in the dryer, a quick shot with a hair dryer or let it cure in the sun. Then you are all set to wash your gear as the manufacturer directs. Our patches have survived 50+ WASHES according to third party testing results from an independent lab. After that, we told them to take a lunch break, because who washes their gear that many times?

WHEN WILL I HAVE TO REPLACE A NOSO PATCH?
Noso Patches are a permanent repair. You’ll probably get sick of your gear before you even see a smidge of wear on your patch.
